Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, strategically located in Lahore, spans over 150,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with advanced assembly lines, precision quality-control systems, AI-integrated processes, and SAP-powered operations. This infrastructure ensures seamless, scalable, and efficient production from start to finish.
SMARTPHONE
PRODUCTION
Airlink is proud to be among the pioneers of local smartphone manufacturing in Pakistan. Our facility features advanced production lines, dedicated quality assurance zones, optimized packaging areas, and over 10,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space powered by AI-enabled logistics and inventory systems.
We assemble smartphones for globally recognized brands, including Xiaomi and Tecno, with a focus on speed, reliability, and precision. All assembly operations are fully compliant with PTA and DIRBS regulations, and aligned with Pakistan’s “Made in Pakistan” vision enabling import substitution, supporting local job creation, and contributing to long-term industrial development.
The facility has an annual production capacity of 12 million handsets, making it one of the most advanced and scalable operations in the country.
SMART TV
PRODUCTION
Responding to growing local demand and evolving global technology trends, Airlink has expanded its manufacturing portfolio to include Smart TV production. We proudly manufacture Google-certified Smart TVs for Xiaomi, with screen sizes ranging from 32” to 65”, built for immersive entertainment and modern connectivity.
Our Smart TV production is supported by rigorous quality control protocols, advanced product testing labs, and climate-controlled assembly environments to ensure compliance with international standards. With features such as 4K Ultra HD resolution, Dolby Audio, PatchWall, and Android TV OS, these TVs are engineered to deliver world-class viewing experiences assembled locally to enhance accessibility and affordability.
The facility has an annual production capacity of 360,000 Smart TVs, further advancing our commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s consumer electronics sector.
